GLOmad is a 40-foot insulated field office with rooftop solar, battery storage, and an onboard generator that cycles on only to recharge — then shuts off. One rental replaces the office trailer, the generator, and the temporary power installation.
Lights, HVAC, and equipment run silently off 30 kWh of battery storage.
An 8.8 kW rooftop array refills the battery through the workday.
When the battery runs low, the EPA Tier 4 Final diesel starts automatically, recharges the bank, and shuts down. It runs a fraction of the hours of a conventional site generator, and none of them all night.

Office, solar power system, backup generator, and fuel — one line item instead of four.
For comparison — a conventional setup runs $9,611–$11,278 per office per month: office trailer + generator at the three-shift rate + diesel, per published United Rentals quotes and current EIA fuel pricing. The temporary power installation is avoided entirely and not counted in that comparison.
Ten offices, five power units. (Rendering)
One power unit serves each pair of offices, so a twelve-office complex runs on six power units and zero around-the-clock generators. No temporary service application, no meter bank, no trenching — and none of the utility lead time you don't control.
Offices are set where the work is and move with the phases of the job.
Need power without an office? The same power system deploys onto any standard shipping container — including one already on your site.

"After completion in 2022, the trailer was sent to Springdale Park and has been in operation for over 14 months… the trailer has maintained net-zero energy status and has not required the use of temp power or a generator to continue operation."

Yes — that's the point of the hybrid design. Solar and battery carry the office under normal conditions; when the battery runs low, the generator starts automatically, recharges it, and shuts off. It runs a fraction of the hours of a conventional site generator, and the office keeps working through a week of rain and through February.
The office, rooftop solar, battery storage, the backup generator, and fuel — one rental, one delivery, one vendor. Remote monitoring included.
Sized for the office load — HVAC, lights, computers, chargers. Included loads are spelled out in the rental agreement, and remote monitoring tracks every unit.
Prepared, level ground — that's it. No utility application, no meter bank, no trenching.
Yes — the power system mounts to any standard shipping container and can be rented standalone.
Either, per office. Standard is open plan (~296 sq ft); a 30/10 partition adds a private office with its own door.
Lockable steel container, security-barred windows, keyed doors, remote monitoring.
